Timeless

Full service coordination is designed for the couples who simply do not have the time to worry about all the details in planning the perfect wedding. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Unlimited communication with Dolliver Dream Events (consultations, off-site appointments, emails, phone calls, etc.)

• Creative assistance and theme development

• Site search and venue selection

• Vendor referrals, selection, and management

• Catering and menu development

• Invitation selection, etiquette, and distribution

• Coordination of music for ceremony and reception

• Sourcing linens and rental equipment

• Contract negotiations

• Budget management

• Guest list management

• Guidance on etiquette

• Wedding accessory assistance

• Coordination of overnight accommodations

• Coordination of weekend activities for out-of-town guests

• Assembly and placement of “goody bags” for overnight guests

• Participate/attend all site and vendor meetings

• Complete Wedding day management, as outlined under "Charming", from wakeup call through event conclusion

Elegant

The essentials necessary to bring your wedding together in the final month. Services include:

• Manage guest list: track down all missing RSVPs and confirm the guest count

• Prepare seating charts and room diagrams

• Participate/attend all final site and vendor meetings

• Confirm menu selections and guaranteed counts

• Assist with weekend activities for out-of-town guests

• Assemble and place “goody bags” for overnight guests

• Complete Wedding day management, as outlined under "Charming", from wakeup call through event conclusion

Graceful

When you have most of the wedding planning under control, but are need for someone to help pull it all together in the final week. Services include:

• Participate/attend final ceremony and reception site meetings

• Finalize reception room layout(s) and seating arrangements

• Confirm all contracted terms with each individual vendor

• Confirm hair, nail, and makeup appointments

• Complete Wedding day management, as outlined under "Charming", from wakeup call through event conclusion

• Continually check, double-check, and triple-check all the details

Charming

When you just need someone to make sure the day flows smoothly, this is the package for you. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Wedding day schedule development
• Use of our Wedding Day Emergency Kit
• Vendor management
• Wedding rehearsal assistance
• Ceremony coordination
• Reception coordination

Special Events

We are also happy to assist you in planning all your other special events such as birthday parties, company parties, anniversary parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, baby showers, or whatever the reason for the celebration or occasion.

We will work with you from concept to delivery to produce an event that you will be extremely pleased with and your guests will remember for a long time. We will provide you with the most outstanding customer service and care.
